Appointment Requirements

1.  Do not use 24 hrs in advance.  We can not clean a HOT chimney.

2.  Clear surrounding area of your fireplace to allow access for our Techs to preform cleanings.

3.  Cleanings are completed mostly from the inside using a brush and HEPA vacuum system.  If roof cleaning is needed our Tech will consider their safety.  

Weather

Inclement weather may effect your appointment.  The safety of our techs is our top priority.  If your appointment needs to be rescheduled our staff will notify as quickly as possible.

Arrival Time

Our appointments are scheduled with an approximate  arrival time.  These times can also very depending on previous job, weather, and traffic conditions.  Our Techs will do the best to arrive in a timely matter.  

Payments

Payment  is due at the completion of service provided.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Check.  Deposits on repairs depend on services required.  For special ordered material these deposits are non refundable.   

Chimney Reports

These reports are provided to you after your cleaning and inspections.   These reports will clearly state what is or is not needed to label your chimney as "SAFE TO BURN".   If in fact repairs are needed- an ESTIMATE will be supplied to you.   

Estimates

Estimates are left for any repairs our Tech feels is needed to have a SAFE TO BURN chimney.  If an estimate of great detail is required to be completed - these will be sent via email (or mailed) once it is prepared.  Busy season can cause delays in returns of estimates.  Free estimates are scheduled only for measurements of chimney caps, chase covers, liners, installs and exterior masonry work.
