Inspection and cleaning of components, log placement adjustment and refurbishing of material. This service is intended for routine inspections and issues with start up or repairs. Your flue will only be inspected during this service.

Level 1 Inspection

Basic inspection- Recommended when an evaluation of the chimney or fireplace system is needed for continued use or check on safety. Condition report provided.
Level 2 Inspection With Cleaning

(Winter $425)
Includes all of Level 1 as well as a video scan of flue and may also include accessible attic and basement.
Level 3 Inspection
$525
Most detailed of the Inspections. Includes Level 1 and 2 as well as inspect concealed areas of the building to investigate a known suspected problem.
*Customer is responsible for repair & replacement of removed components of the building.

We offer free masonry estimates for exterior repairs. (Weather permitting)
